Dew's 2v2 Tournament Two

So, seeing as how the last tournament got a lot of hype, I decided to make this a weekly thing. But the issue I'm seeing is I need some help with things and I need to take a vote and such. I'm going to be hosting another one next week Saturday at 7:00pm MTN time with DST. So as you see above I have a poll, I need EVERYONE to vote on this. But this next tournament isn't going to have a prize pool. More so just for fun. But let's get things rolling and ready for next week.

The rules
1. Its on Proving Grounds draft mode
2. Disconnect = game reset, no unfair plays unless the other person on the team is okay with it. After 5 mins, no reset
3. Whoever wins the game report to DewVoltage2 on Skype please, if you cannot, find someone who can.
4. HAVE FUN! This is all for funzies
5. Please be honest... I'll kill you if you lie
6. Subs can only be brought in for dire emergencies. Don't just put someone as a sub because you know they are better than your teammate then switch out for semi-finals to throw people off.
7. Teams are randomly shuffled right as the games are about to start, don't whine about who you are up against.
8. If you want you can sign up solo. Or if someone on your team leaves you can go solo.
9. Teams will only wait 45 minutes for other teams, then it will count as an automatic forfeit

1. Team name
2. Both Summoners names
3. Substitutes (Up to two)

Instructions for when the games start

1. Add the two summoners
2. Hosting teams (the ones on the top of the 2 teams) will create the game and invite the others.
3. play the game normally, winner reports to me who won, I will fix the bracket accordingly
