Urgot
I started playing top urgot a few days ago: Extremely OP
He can harass like no other, and he happens to counter almost every champion with is harassment and range.

Fiora is an ADC melee: Weak to Moderate
Fiora has no escape mechanism whatsoever. She may be strong, but a jungler could easily shut her down with the help of their top. With only flash as an escape, there's no hope is a hard CC Jungler or top ganks her.
